Wednesday's Game
The Eagles will play at the Budweiser Events Center for the first time since March 11th 2020. Prior to puck drop, the Eagles will pay tribute to team founder Ralph Backstrom who passed away earlier this month on February 7th at the age of 83. Fans are encouraged to log on to AHLTV early to watch the tribute to Backstrom. Those who are unable to watch will be able to see the full tribute shortly after on the Eagles’ YouTube page.
Colorado returns home after a 5-game road trip in California. The Eagles went 1-3-1 on the trip and are coming off of a 7-3 loss against the San Diego Gulls.
Tucson has had their previous three games postponed after COVID-19 protocols that affected the club. Their last game was February 12th where the Roadrunners beat the San Jose Barracuda 5-4. Wednesday night’s contest will be the first of six times the clubs face off this season.

Starting Wednesday the Eagles will begin selling t-shirts in honor of founder Ralph Backstrom. All proceeds from the t-shirts will go towards Dementia Together. Dementia Together is a local non-profit that was very special to the Backstrom family. There will be three t-shirts available for pre-order online only for $15.00 each starting on Wednesday. These shirts will be available until March 3rd.
How to Watch
All Eagles games this season can be watched with a subscription to AHLTV or listened to on 92.9 the Bear using the iHeartRadio app. Fans are encouraged to tune in early to see a special tribute to Eagles founder Ralph Backstrom. The Backstrom tribute will be available on the Eagles YouTube channel after the game for those who miss the ceremony.
